Waterways Products (Aust) Pty Ltd is a privately owned South Australian based specialty water treatment company. Waterways has been in business for over 30 years, during which time we have grown to become a recognised leader in ion exchange (water softening) and water filtration technology.

We are major suppliers of water filter components - filter housings, filter cartridges, bag filters etc - from both the USA and Japan. The majority of these products are on-sold to companies such as Coca Cola for their post mix operations in South Australia and to OEM water treatment companies Australia wide. Some are exported to New Zealand.

Waterways also manufactures a wide range of complete domestic and commercial water treatment appliances including water softeners, back-washable filters, reverse osmosis units and undersink drinking water purifiers.

Although we have a domestic retail filtration business in Adelaide, the majority of our water treatment appliances are marketed through our Australia wide Waterways' Preferred Dealers network - with our initial design assistance and ongoing technical support.

Because Waterways understands the 'ins' and 'outs' of the water treatment systems we build, we're able to offer our customers a Free Technical Assistance service, where if necessary, we can diagnose problems over the phone and point our customers in the right direction.

Waterways is unique in that one of its shareholders also operates a water treatment business in Los Angeles. This enables Waterways to purchase overseas as a US company and to keep abreast of the latest international developments in water treatment technology.
